The Name - Flavor of Tabasco was derived after a region in Southeastern Mexico , we are a family owned business with a vision of bringing quality food to the people of Colorado. The Vision of Flavor of Tabasco was Born in a single mothers kitchen . What started with selling food to friends and family has blossomed into a catering business with 2 food trucks and thousands of people served across the front range .
